Do customers need to click my link?
No. If they enter your coupon code at signup, or on the billing page before their first purchase, they're your referral. Links are optional.
What if they clicked someone else's link but enter my code?
The code they type counts. Once a code is applied to an account, it can't be changed.
How long do I earn commission?
For as long as the customer stays with SerpWiz. Every renewal, top-up and upgrade earns you 10%.
How many coupon codes can I have?
Up to 3 active codes at a time. To make room, release a code you no longer promote. Released codes are retired for good, and customers who already used them stay yours.
What does the customer get?
10,000 bonus queries as soon as they verify their email, with no payment needed, plus 1,000 free queries every month.
Do I get bonus queries for free signups too?
Yes. You get 10,000 bonus queries for each referred customer, when they make their first purchase or once they're actively using SerpWiz. For customers who haven't paid, that's up to 10 in any 30 days.
When and how am I paid?
NET30, on the 1st of each month. Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale. On the 1st, everything payable is paid out by PayPal or Wise once it adds up to $100 or more and you've set up your payout method. Payable amounts under $100 roll over to the next month until they reach $100.
Can I use my own code?
No. Every referral is checked automatically, for as long as the accounts exist. If a referred account turns out to be yours, all bonus queries are removed from both accounts, including any already used, and neither can earn referral bonuses again. See the affiliate terms for the full rules.
